1. Agreement to the terms of use

Users agree to these terms by creating and using an Ofroi account. If you do not agree to these terms, you must stop using the platform.

2. Description of the service

Ofroi is a digital platform that enables service providers to create profiles and publish information about their services for easy access by users. Ofroi is not a party to agreements between users and service providers.

3. Terms of use, rules and responsibilities of users and service providers

3.1 Service users Users create accounts and are responsible for safeguarding their credentials. Minimum age is 16. Use of the platform must be lawful and responsible. Unauthorized distribution of content is not permitted.

3.2 Service providers Published data and offers must be accurate and lawful. Providers are responsible for professionalism and the services offered. Misleading content is not permitted.

4. Payments and offers

Payment packages, subscriptions and offers are subject to the platform terms. Cancellations and refunds follow the platform policy and the laws of Kosovo.

5. Ofroi liability

The platform is provided "as is" without a service warranty. Ofroi is not liable for losses, errors or disputes between users and providers. Users are responsible for visiting external links not controlled by Ofroi.

6. External links and third-party resources

Ofroi does not control websites or external services linked from the platform. Responsibility remains with the user.

7. Law and jurisdiction

Disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kosovo.

8. Changes to the terms of use

Ofroi reserves the right to update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Users and providers will be notified via the official website or email. The latest version will always be published on Ofroi's official website.

10. Notification of users and the authority in the event of security incidents

Ofroi undertakes to take corrective measures in the event of personal data breaches and to notify data subjects as soon as possible (pursuant to Article 34(3) of the LPPD), and to notify the AIP within 72 hours.

Ofroi uses cookies and similar technologies for essential operation, analysis of site usage, traffic statistics and marketing (with user consent). Details are included in the Cookie Policy.

12. Communications for marketing purposes
