Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 21 June 2026
1. Purpose
This policy sets out the rules for cancellation and refunds of provider subscriptions on the Ofroi platform and governs relationships and payments between users and service providers.
2. Subscription packages
- Providers may choose from Ofroi subscription packages; prices are published on the official "Pricing" page and may change from time to time.
- All payments are made in advance and are valid for the relevant subscription period (monthly or annual).
3. Cancellations
- Providers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account on the platform.
- Cancellation stops automatic renewal for the next period, but the paid period remains active until it ends/expires.
- Immediate cancellation does not result in a refund for the period in use.
4. Refunds
Payments are not refunded when a provider cancels their subscription.
- Refunds may only be made in specific cases:
- — If there was a technical error during the payment process.
- — If the platform was out of service for more than 10 consecutive days for reasons outside the provider's control.
- — If the subscription was paid twice by mistake.
- The refund is proportional to the unused portion of the subscription period.
- Refund requests must be sent by email to info@ofroi.com or to Ofroi's official address within 7 days of the payment date.
5. Plan change – upgrade or downgrade
- Providers may upgrade their plan at any time – the change takes effect immediately and the new price applies to the next period.
- When downgrading, the change applies in the next billing cycle.
- The price difference is not refunded, but the existing service continues until the end of the paid period.
6. Interruption by the platform
- If Ofroi temporarily suspends or shuts down the platform for technical reasons, subscriptions remain active and the lost period is compensated automatically.
- If the platform is out of service for more than 10 consecutive uninterrupted days, providers receive proportional compensation.
- In the event of permanent service interruption, providers are offered a proportional refund for the unused period.
- If a provider account is closed due to breach of terms of use, existing payments are not refunded.
7. Platform liability
- Ofroi is not a contractual party and is not liable for agreements, transactions, payments, communications or disputes between users and service providers.
- All transactions, payments and agreements that occur outside the platform are entirely the responsibility of the respective parties.
8. Changes to the policy
Ofroi may update this policy at any time. The latest version is published on the official website and takes effect immediately upon publication.
