1. Purpose

This document describes how users may accept or refuse marketing notifications, offers and news from Ofroi. The purpose is to ensure full control over communications and respect for user choices.

2. Marketing consent

• a) Users may choose to receive marketing notifications, offers and news from Ofroi.
• b) This consent is optional and is not required to use the platform.

3. Withdrawal of consent

• a) Users may withdraw their marketing consent at any time.
• b) Withdrawal may be made via:
  • b.1) The "My profile" section in the app/website, or via the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email from Ofroi.
  • b.2) Direct contact with the controller at the official email address.
• c) Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

4. Use of data for marketing

• a) Ofroi uses only the minimum data necessary for marketing purposes: name, email and phone number.
• b) Data is processed only with the user's explicit consent.
• c) This data is not transferred to third parties except where authorised communication service providers are used (e.g. email marketing platforms), who act as processors under the appropriate legal contract.

5. Security and privacy

• a) Users are not required to provide data other than that necessary to send marketing notifications under section 4(a) of this Policy.
• b) Data used for marketing is stored and handled confidentially in accordance with Ofroi's Privacy and Data Protection Policy.
• c) After withdrawal, data is deleted or anonymised unless the law requires otherwise.

6. Law and jurisdiction

This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. Any dispute shall be resolved by the competent courts of Kosovo.
