6. Protection of personal data

6.6 Processing of the Provider's personal data is carried out in accordance with Law No. 06/L-082 on Data Protection and Ofroi's Privacy and Data Protection Policy.

6.7 Ofroi's Privacy and Data Protection Policy forms part of this Agreement and the Provider must read and accept it.

6.8 Ofroi is the data controller.

7. Limitation of liability

7.1 Ofroi acts and operates solely as an intermediary platform connecting users with service providers.

7.2 Ofroi is not a contractual party to any agreement, offer, payment or communication between users and service providers.

7.3 Providers and users are responsible for content, agreements and quality of services.

7.4 Ofroi does not guarantee the quality, reliability, legality or duration of services offered.

7.5 Ofroi is not liable for direct or indirect damage, financial loss, loss of profit, delays, non-performance, fraud or disputes between parties.

7.6 Ofroi does not pre-screen content, offers or communications but may remove them if they conflict with the law or platform policies.

7.7 Any communication, agreement or payment outside the platform is entirely at the parties' own risk.

7.8 Ofroi is not liable for delays, interruptions or malfunction of the platform due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party service failures, cyber attacks, technical maintenance, natural disasters or decisions by public authorities.

7.9 In the event of platform interruption, Ofroi is not liable for data loss or damage arising from inability to use the service.

7.10 Use of the platform implies acceptance that Ofroi is not responsible for commercial or personal relationships between users and providers.

7.11 The platform is provided "as is" and Ofroi does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

8. Intellectual property

8.1 The Provider retains ownership rights over content they publish.

8.2 By publishing content, the Provider grants Ofroi a non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free licence to use it for functional and promotional purposes of the platform.

9. Changes to the agreement

9.1 Ofroi may change this Agreement at any time.

9.2 In case of changes, the Provider must be notified at least 7 days in advance.

9.3 The updated version is published on the platform and continued use implies acceptance of the new terms.

10. Law and jurisdiction

10.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo.

10.2 Any dispute shall first be resolved by mutual understanding.

10.3 Disputes not resolved in this way shall be resolved by the competent courts of Kosovo.

11. Provider consent

11.1 By creating an account and publishing services on Ofroi, the Provider declares that they have read, understood and accepted all terms of this Agreement.
